Refund & Return Policies
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase, but we understand things may not always go as planned. If there are any issues with your item or delivery of your item, contact us for assistance. This policy does not limit your legal rights of withdrawal or any rights you may have in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective products.
Many items are eligible for a refund within: 15 days of delivery—the refund window will begin on the day of delivery, even if the item was late. 30 days of the maximum delivery date if the item hasn’t arrived.
Exceptions : Some items have exceptions. See the Exceptions section below to learn more about which items are treated differently and how.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received
If an item arrives and it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect (even if it has an exception), it is eligible for a refund and may need to be returned.
The Standard Returns Process
Please submit a request for a return or a refund within 15 days of delivery. If the item hasn’t arrived, please request a refund within 15 days of the maximum delivery date. We have no obligation to consider a request placed outside 15 days of the date of delivery or the maximum delivery date.
Return and refund requests should be placed from within the website – locate the order in your order history and click Customer Support.
Return of Funds – After Mazamaza approves a return or cancellation or withdrawal and (in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, Mazamaza will return the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees. Any special or expedited shipping fees will not be refunded and (as described above) in some cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If you wish to cancel or withdraw from a purchase please do so as quickly as possible. After your cancellation window closes, fulfillment of the order, including shipping in some cases, has typically begun. If the item has already shipped, then you may need to wait until your receipt of the item to cancel/withdraw and request a refund.
Perishables – If the item you order is perishable, it is not eligible for return or refund in most cases. Excluded Items – Certain Health & Hygiene Items (e.g. skin lotion, toothpaste, underwear etc) or electronic media such as software are not eligible for return or refund if the seal is broken (i.e it has been opened).
Ship to Store Items
Ship to Store items must be picked up by the final day of the pickup window. The pickup window reflected upon delivery of the order is final. Items not picked up by the final day of the pickup window will be canceled and can no longer be picked up. They may be ineligible for a refund. If you were unable to pick up your order, you may reach out to Customer Support for assistance.
